HAFIZ FALI — GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI
1. Genel
"Hafız Falı" (uygulama kimliği: tr.hafizfali.app), Hâfız-ı Şîrâzî'nin gazellerini ve bu gazellerin önceden hazırlanmış Türkçe ve İngilizce yorumlarını gösteren bir eğlence ve edebiyat uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın kişisel verilerinizi nasıl ele aldığını açıklar.
2. Toplanan veriler
Uygulama geliştiriciye hiçbir kişisel veri göndermez; geliştirici sizinle ilgili hiçbir veriyi toplamaz, görmez ve kimseyle paylaşmaz. Tek istisna, 3. maddede anlatılan ve yalnızca siz açarsanız çalışan "Niyetine özel yorum" özelliğidir. Özellikle:
- Hesap, kayıt veya giriş yoktur.
- Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, fotoğraf, dosya veya rehber bilgisine erişilmez.
- Reklam, analiz (istatistik), çökme raporlama veya takip aracı kullanılmaz.
- Seçtiğiniz kartlar ve gördüğünüz fallar hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Yalnızca aynı gazelin kısa sürede tekrar çıkmaması için son çıkan gazellerin numaraları ve dil tercihiniz telefonunuzda, uygulamanın kendi alanında saklanır.
- "♡ Kaydet" ile kaydettiğiniz fallar da yalnızca telefonunuzda, uygulamanın kendi alanında tutulur; hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- "Görsel olarak kaydet" ile hazırladığınız görsel telefonunuzda oluşturulur ve yalnızca sizin paylaş menüsünde seçtiğiniz yere (ör. galeri, bir uygulama ya da kişi) gider. Uygulama bu görseli kendisi hiçbir yere göndermez.
- Tüm şiirler, yorumlar, görseller ve yazı tipleri uygulamanın içinde gelir. İçerik göstermek için internet bağlantısı kullanılmaz.
3. Niyetine özel yorum (isteğe bağlı, Google Gemini)
Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca kendi Google Gemini API anahtarınızı uygulamaya girerseniz çalışır.
- Anahtarınız yalnızca telefonunuzda, uygulamanın kendi alanında saklanır. "Anahtarı sil" ile ya da uygulama verilerini temizleyerek silebilirsiniz.
- Fal çekerken yazdığınız niyet, çıkan gazel ve hazır yorumu, sizin anahtarınızla telefonunuzdan doğrudan Google'ın Gemini servisine (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) şifreli bağlantıyla gönderilir. Bu bilgiler geliştiriciye gelmez.
- Uygulama yazdığınız niyeti hiçbir yere kaydetmez; yalnızca yorum hazırlanırken bellekte tutulur. Gemini'nin yazdığı yorum, ancak siz o falı "♡ Kaydet" ile kaydederseniz telefonunuzda saklanır.
- Gönderilen bilgiler Google'ın koşullarına tabidir. Google, ücretsiz kullanımda gönderilen içeriği ürünlerini geliştirmek için kullanabilir. Ayrıntılar: Google Gemini API Ek Hizmet Şartları ve Google Gizlilik Politikası (policies.google.com/privacy). Niyetinize ad, telefon numarası gibi kişisel bilgiler yazmamanızı öneririz.
4. Seslendirme
Beyitlerin Farsça seslendirmeleri uygulamanın içinde hazır ses dosyaları olarak gelir ve telefonunuzda çalınır. Bu kayıtlar geliştirme aşamasında yapay ses (Microsoft Azure) ile önceden üretilmiştir. Uygulama çalışırken hiçbir sunucuya bağlanmaz. Hazır kaydı olmayan bir dize için, telefonunuzda Farsça bir ses motoru varsa metin bu motora iletilir ve cihazınızda seslendirilir. Telefonunuzda üçüncü taraf bir ses motoru seçtiyseniz, o motorun kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir.
5. İzinler
Uygulama kamera, mikrofon, konum, rehber veya dosya erişimi gibi hassas izinler istemez. Uygulamanın kullandığı teknik altyapı (Capacitor) Android'in standart "internet erişimi" iznini içerir. Uygulama bu izni yalnızca siz açtığınızda 3. maddedeki Gemini isteği için kullanır. "✉ Geri bildirim" ve "Değerlendir" bağlantıları ise telefonunuzun kendi e-posta uygulamasını ve Google Play'i açar; e-postayı siz gönderirsiniz. Instagram ve Play bağlantıları yalnızca ilgili uygulamayı ya da sayfayı açar; uygulama bu sırada hiçbir veri göndermez.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Geliştirici hiçbir kullanıcıdan, çocuklar dahil, kişisel veri toplamaz.
7. Veri silme
Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için geliştiricide silinecek bir veri yoktur. Telefonunuzda tutulan son gazel listesi, dil tercihi, kaydettiğiniz fallar ve (girdiyseniz) Gemini anahtarınız, uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda ya da Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Hafız Falı > Depolama > Verileri temizle ile silinir. Google'a gönderilmiş içerik için Google'ın kendi silme seçenekleri geçerlidir.
8. Web sitesi ve web sürümü (falehafez.app)
Uygulamanın tanıtım sayfası ve tarayıcıda çalışan web sürümü (falehafez.app/app/) Cloudflare Pages üzerinde barındırılır.
- Web sürümünde son gazel listesi, dil tercihi, kaydettiğiniz fallar ve (girdiyseniz) Gemini anahtarınız yalnızca tarayıcınızın bu siteye ait deposunda (localStorage) tutulur; geliştiriciye gönderilmez.
- Site, bir kez açıldıktan sonra internetsiz de çalışabilmesi için uygulama dosyalarını tarayıcınızda saklar (service worker). Bu dosyalar kişisel veri içermez.
- Siteyi açtığınızda, her web sitesinde olduğu gibi, IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz sayfanın size ulaştırılabilmesi ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korunması için Cloudflare tarafından teknik olarak işlenir. Sitede çerez, analiz, reklam veya takip aracı kullanılmaz. Ayrıntı: Cloudflare Gizlilik Politikası.
- Web sürümündeki verileri silmek için tarayıcınızın ayarlarından falehafez.app site verilerini temizlemeniz yeterlidir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel metin aynı adreste yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.

HAFIZ FALI — PRIVACY POLICY
1. Overview
"Hafız Falı" (application ID: tr.hafizfali.app) is an entertainment and literature app that shows ghazals by Hafez of Shiraz together with Turkish and English interpretations prepared in advance. This policy explains how the app handles your personal data.
2. Data we collect
The app never sends any personal data to the developer; the developer does not collect, see or share any data about you. The only exception is the optional "Reading for your wish" feature described in section 3, which works only if you turn it on. In particular:
- There is no account, registration or sign-in.
- The app does not access your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, files or contacts.
- The app uses no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools.
- The cards you choose and the readings you see are never sent anywhere. Only the numbers of recently shown ghazals (so the same ghazal does not come up again too soon) and your language choice are kept on your phone, in the app's own storage.
- Readings you save with "♡ Save" are also kept only on your phone, in the app's own storage, and are never sent anywhere.
- An image you create with "Save as image" is made on your phone and goes only where you choose in the share menu (for example your gallery, another app or a person). The app itself never sends the image anywhere.
- All poems, interpretations, images and fonts are included in the app. No internet connection is used to show content.
As the developer, I do not see and cannot access any information about you.
3. Reading for your wish (optional, Google Gemini)
This feature is off by default and works only if you enter your own Google Gemini API key in the app.
- Your key is stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage. You can remove it with "Delete key" or by clearing the app's data.
- When you draw a reading, the wish you write, the ghazal that comes up and its prepared reading are sent with your key directly from your phone to Google's Gemini service (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) over an encrypted connection. This information never comes to the developer.
- The app never saves the wish you write; it is kept in memory only while the reading is prepared. The text written by Gemini is stored on your phone only if you save that reading with "♡ Save".
- What is sent is subject to Google's terms. On the free tier, Google may use the content sent to improve its products. Details: Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We suggest not including personal details such as names or phone numbers in your wish.
4. Audio
The Persian recitations of the verses are included in the app as audio files and played on your phone. These recordings were generated in advance during development with a synthetic voice (Microsoft Azure). The app does not connect to any server while it runs. For a line without a bundled recording, if your phone has a Persian text-to-speech engine, the text is passed to that engine and spoken on your device. If you have selected a third-party speech engine on your phone, that engine's own privacy terms apply.
5. Permissions
The app does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts or file access. The technical framework the app is built on (Capacitor) includes Android's standard "internet access" permission. The app uses it only for the Gemini request in section 3, and only if you turn that feature on. The "✉ Feedback" and "Rate" links open your phone's own email app and Google Play; you send the email yourself. The Instagram and Play links only open the relevant app or page; the app sends no data when you use them.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. The developer collects no personal data from any user, including children.
7. Data deletion
The app collects no personal data, so the developer holds nothing to delete. The recent-ghazal list, language choice, saved readings and (if entered) your Gemini key kept on your phone are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data (Settings > Apps > Hafız Falı > Storage > Clear data). For content sent to Google, Google's own deletion options apply.
8. Website and web version (falehafez.app)
The app's website and the version that runs in your browser (falehafez.app/app/) are hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
- In the web version, the recent-ghazal list, language choice, saved readings and (if entered) your Gemini key are kept only in your browser's storage for this site (localStorage); nothing is sent to the developer.
- So that it can open offline after the first visit, the site stores the app's files in your browser (service worker). These files contain no personal data.
- When you open the site, as with any website, your IP address and browser details are processed technically by Cloudflare to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The site uses no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking. Details: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- To delete data in the web version, clear the site data for falehafez.app in your browser settings.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will be published at the same address with a new effective date.
